This form was developed following the National Maritime Center for Lifeboatman requirements \u0026amp; is not a Proficiency in Survival Craft checklist. Finding a Master to sign-off on the practical is the student's responsibility. Any Master can sign-off on the practical. It must be completed in-person.\r\n\r\nWhat do you mean by “Master”?
